How to integrate Birdeye with JumpCloud- Single sign-on

Businesses can integrate Birdeye with JumpCloud, allowing employees to access their key tools from a single dashboard without signing in to multiple applications individually.

To integrate Birdeye with JumpCloud, ask your administrator to follow the steps below.

Go to the 'SSO Applications' tab in the JumpCloud console and select '+Add New Application'.

Select 'Custom Application' from the available options.


Enter the application name (Birdeye) in the text box and click 'Next.'

Select 'Manage Single Sign-On (SSO)', select 'Configure SSO with SAML', and click 'Next.'


Enter 'Birdeye' in the Display Label input box and click 'Save Application.'


Click the Configure Application button to integrate the application with Birdeye.


In the Single Sign-On Configuration section, click the Copy Metadata URL button to copy the metadata URL and provide it to the Birdeye Customer Support team.


In the Single Sign-On Configuration section, enter the following IdP Entity ID: https://sso.jumpcloud.com

In the ACS URLs section, enter the following:

Click 'Save' to complete the setup.

NOTE:

Once the Metadata URL is received, the Birdeye Support Team will handle the setup. The changes may take up to an hour to take effect.
