Reset Password For Self

If you have forgotten your password, go to https://app.birdeye.com/sign-in/ and click ‘Forgot password.’

This will direct you to the 'Forgot Password' page. Enter your registered email address and click on ‘Send instructions.’

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Click ‘Change your password.’

After clicking ‘Change your password,’ you will be redirected to a new page where you can create a new password. Confirm your new password and you can reset the password. You will now be logged into your Birdeye account under the Birdeye dashboard view.

If you log in using the Single Sign-On option, as shown in the image below.

You will not be able to reset your password and will see a message stating: ‘You are not authorized to perform this action’ because your credentials are linked with Google. Therefore, password changes cannot be made from the Birdeye sign-in page.

Reset Password For A User

To reset a user's password, go to ‘Settings,’ click on the 'Account' tab, and select ‘Users.’

Hover over the desired user for which you want to reset the password. Click ‘Actions’ and select ‘Send password reset email.’ The user will receive the mail to change the password.

NOTE:

Password reset email is not applicable for the Single Sign-On (SSO) accounts.
