A ‘Custom Card’ on your Birdeye review profile helps highlight any event(s), feature releases, product launches, etc. In addition, the card can be used to redirect your customers to a custom URL - thus taking them to a custom web page or a specific section of your website.

Adding a Custom Card(S)

  • Click on the ‘Settings’ tab on the left navigation rail, then click on 'Business profiles.'

NOTE:

If you are a multilocation or an enterprise-level user, click on a particular location you would like to add Custom Card(S).

  • On the new page, go to the 'Birdeye listing' section and click the 'Gear' icon on the right.

  • Click the 'Actions' drop-down button.

  • Select the 'Add card' option.

  • When a window pops up, enable the custom card using the toggle button.

  • Add a card name, description, and a custom clickable URL to direct your customers to the link that contains detailed information on the event.

  • Upload an image to make it more personalized using the 'Upload'button.

NOTE:

Make sure that your image follows the recommended dimensions of (420 x 315px) to avoid a pixelated image, and publish a good quality image on your review profile.

  • Click on ‘Save.’
