A ‘Custom Card’ on your Birdeye review profile helps highlight any event(s), feature releases, product launches, etc. In addition, the card can be used to redirect your customers to a custom URL - thus taking them to a custom web page or a specific section of your website.
Adding a Custom Card(S)
Click on the ‘Settings’ tab on the left navigation rail, then click on 'Business profiles.'
NOTE:
If you are a multilocation or an enterprise-level user, click on a particular location you would like to add Custom Card(S).
On the new page, go to the 'Birdeye listing' section and click the 'Gear' icon on the right.
Click the 'Actions' drop-down button.
Select the 'Add card' option.
When a window pops up, enable the custom card using the toggle button.
Add a card name, description, and a custom clickable URL to direct your customers to the link that contains detailed information on the event.
Upload an image to make it more personalized using the 'Upload'button.
NOTE:
Make sure that your image follows the recommended dimensions of (420 x 315px) to avoid a pixelated image, and publish a good quality image on your review profile.
Click on ‘Save.’
