Birdeye allows you to add a logo to your Birdeye review profile. As the review profiles are indexed on search engines, adding your company's logo to your review profile gives you more credibility across the web.
Follow these steps to customize your review request emails by uploading your company logo:
Click on the ‘Settings’ tab on the left navigation rail. Under the ‘Profile’ tab, scroll down to the ‘Photos’ section, and click the 'Edit' button.
Now, click on the 'Choose File' button next to the 'Logo' field.
Select an image with the dimensions' '60 x 60' pixels and click on the 'Upload' button. If the image is successfully uploaded, you will view a success message on top of the page, and a preview of the logo will be visible in the next section.
Save your changes by clicking on the 'Save' button on the bottom right of the page.
