How do I create a list of keywords within social listening?

The article will throw light on the importance of adding keywords along with walking you through the steps to add these highlights.

Updated today

Modern-day customers use social media as the primary tool to share feedback on the product and services of a brand. With Birdeye's social listening tool, you can monitor customer feedback and comments on multiple social media channels right from the Birdeye dashboard. Once the mentions from all your social media channels are pulled into your Birdeye dashboard, you have the ability to include and exclude keywords within your social mentions. Adding keywords within social mentions provides a visual element to the keywords, which helps business owners to analyze feedback in a better way.

To add keywords to your social mentions, follow the steps detailed below:

Login to your Birdeye account, and click on the 'Social' tab on the left navigation of your Birdeye dashboard. Once you are on the page, click on the 'Listen' tab. Now, click on 'Show all filters' button in the 'Filters' section on the page.

Once the pop-up opens up, scroll down and click on the 'Edit Keywords' option.

A new pop window will appear where you have the ability to add keywords that you wish to 'Include' or 'Exclude' in social listening. Once you add the desired keyword, click on the 'Plus (+)' icon to add the keyword to your list.

NOTE:

There is no limit on adding keywords to your social listening list.

NOTE:

The keywords added into the dashboard are user-specific, and are not NLP (Natural Language Processing) screened words.
