Updated today

With Birdeye’s new TikTok integration, businesses can seamlessly integrate, publish, and engage on TikTok directly from the Birdeye platform. Users can track TikTok post performances via the Analyze tab, schedule content, and export performance metrics through the Reports tab for deeper insights.

Birdeye connects with all top five social platforms, giving businesses a unified hub to manage their social presence, boost engagement, and simplify publishing across multiple channels.

If you are adding a TikTok account for the first time, click ‘Connect.’

To link an additional TikTok account alongside your existing ones, click ‘Add TikTok account.’

Log in to your TikTok account and click ‘Continue.’ If you're logged in, Birdeye will automatically retrieve your account details and lead you to the ‘Continue’ page.

After being redirected to the Birdeye app, you'll see a message confirming '1 TikTok account added.' Click 'Done' in the top right corner to proceed.

Map the TikTok account with the business location by clicking ‘Select location.’

The user will view a toast message on the top - ‘Location mapped successfully.’

Pro Tip: If you’re using a single TikTok account for all your locations, it is recommended to map it to your corporate or head office location.

Publishing Using TikTok

Head to ‘Social AI.’

Click ‘Create post.’

Choose TikTok as your social channel, then select the business location where you would like your post to appear.

Add the content you want to post in the ‘Initial content’ text box.

Click the camera icon to upload your video. If the video is saved on your computer, select ‘Computer.’ You can also choose ‘Asset Library,’ ‘OneDrive,’ or ‘Dropbox’ if your video is stored there.

Once the video is successfully uploaded, it will appear under the ‘1 TikTok video’ section. You can also preview it in the ‘Preview’ section.

You can also enhance your content by adding emojis in the text box, pulling a video from the post library, or using AI to rephrase the content, adjust tone, update hashtags, and correct spelling and grammar.
