How do I manage surveys within my Birdeye account?

Learn how to manage surveys in Birdeye: create, edit, distribute, and analyze results with ease.

Updated today

Birdeye provides a user-friendly survey management system in which you can view and manage multiple surveys and view the survey details.

To get started with survey management, click on the ‘Surveys’ tab on the left navigation rail. On the new page, you can view all the old and new surveys and study the responses.

Here are the major elements of Birdeye’s survey management page:

Once insights are enabled for a survey, you will be able to view a green ‘Athena’ icon next to the survey name. For more information, read the help article: How do I get meaningful insights from surveys?

NOTE:

If it is your first survey, you will see a page centered with the 'Create Survey' button placed in the middle of the page. The survey management list will only appear once there is minimum one survey listed.
