Why can't I see a custom 'Reviews' tab with all my reviews showing up on my business Facebook page?

Once Birdeye is integrated with your Facebook page, it enables a custom 'Tablets' tab where a user can write a review and request an appointment.

However, in some cases, the custom 'Tablets' tab along with the review feed may not be visible. This is due to recent changes made by Facebook on its APIs. The new change to their APIs allows the creation of a custom 'Tablets' page only if the business's Facebook page has at least 2000 followers.

Once you hit 2000 followers on Facebook, Birdeye will automatically detect the change and will install the 'Reviews' tab on your Facebook page.
