Birdeye seamlessly integrates with your social media pages for every business location to help promote brand content. Once integrated, the link created between your social channels will help automate the following functions from your Birdeye account:
Promoting your best reviews collected from other review sites and publishing them as posts on your company's Facebook pages right from your Birdeye account.
The integration with your Facebook account allows Birdeye to fetch reviews from your integrated Facebook pages to make it available within your Birdeye account.
Once integrated, you will have the ability to respond to business reviews posted on your Facebook pages within your Birdeye account.
It also gives you the ability to publish branding content on your Facebook page(s) with ease. After publishing the branding content on your Facebook page(s), you will have the ability to engage with your followers within your Birdeye account.
NOTE:
Every business needs to follow a two-tier process to fetch reviews from their Facebook page(s).
Tier-1: Add your Facebook page(s) to review monitoring.
Tier -2: Integrate the Facebook page with Birdeye.
To learn how to add your Facebook page to review monitoring, read the help center article: How do I add or delete a review site from monitoring?
