Steps to Install
Follow these steps to configure the Birdeye Review Widget on your business website.
On the Birdeye dashboard, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
If you’re a single-location user, navigate to ‘Reviews’ and click ‘On Website.’
If you’re a multi-location user, go to 'Settings' and select 'Business' under the 'Business info' tab.
Select the desired location. Hover over ‘Reviews’ and click on ‘On Website.’
Choose your widget type from the drop-down menu.
To show responses, click on the toggle button.
Toggle ON web-accessible colors for predefined color options. If you want to customize the color, turn OFF the toggle, allowing you to personalize the background, text and button colors to align with your brand.
Toggle ON Display featured reviews to show only featured reviews. To include all reviews, turn this OFF.
Select the review sources from the drop-down button.
NOTE:
Buttons support only one review source at a time, e.g., Review us on Google.

Click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to show or hide the last name and enable the ‘Write a review button.’ You can utilize the arrows to navigate through the reviews.
Once configured, copy the code displayed and share it with your web developer to embed on your website.
Click on the ‘Email’ button, enter the recipient's email address and forward the code.
Click ‘Save.' The widget will be available on your website.
