Elevate your business's presence and leave a lasting impression on your audience with Birdeye Social's Showcase feature.

To create a Showcase for your Apple channel, follow these steps:

Log in to your Birdeye account and click the 'Social' tab in the left navigation rail.

Click the 'Create Post' button in the top left corner.

Select the Apple channel, and beneath it, choose locations, pages, or handles for the channel.

Once selected, Apple will be integrated, and you will view the corresponding tab linked to your content tab.

HANDY TIP: Apple only allows 1 live post per location at a time.

Now, add the content in the textbox. It is important to note here that a maximum of 58 characters is allowed.

NOTE:

Any content changes you make while extending an ongoing post will initiate a fresh approval process.

To add an image, click on the ‘Camera’ icon and add an image. Edit the image by clicking on the ‘Pencil’ icon, ensuring you follow the photo guidelines.

NOTE:

  • Uploaded images should be in JPEG or PNG format, sized between 492 * 492 px and 4864 * 4864 px, with a 1:1 aspect ratio.

  • Apple allows only 1 photo per post.

Scroll down to the 'Apple post settings' section and provide the following details:

Header: Enter a catchy title for the post, announcement, events, etc.
It’s possible to extend an ongoing post, but only up to 30 days from the original start date.

Button Type: Click on the drop-down menu and select the call-to-action button.

Duration: Specify the date and time for the Showcase to be posted.
Apple takes 3-5 days to approve a post. Submit ahead of time to stay on schedule.
