Navigating to Xplor CRM

Log in to the Birdeye dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations > All Apps. Select Xplor CRM to connect. The screen provides integration benefits, pricing, and details on compatibility. When you click the 'View Setup Guide' tab, it will redirect you to this article for detailed step-by-step instructions.

HOW TO CONNECT

Step 1: Request API Access from Xplor

To connect Xplor with Birdeye, your Provider ID(s) must be granted API access by Xplor Support and added to your Birdeye account.

If you have multiple Provider IDs, you can include them all in a single request.

Instructions:

  • Email Xplor Support at [support@myxplor.com], cc your Xplor Account Manager.

  • Request API access for Birdeye integration and include your Provider ID(s).
(Refer to Step 2 to locate your Provider ID.)

  • Once approved, Birdeye will be authorized to fetch data via Xplor’s API.

NOTE:

Your Xplor account must be on the Office Essentials package or higher to receive API access.

Step 2: Add Provider ID

Enter the Xplor Provider ID in the textbox and click 'Next.'

NOTE:

You can add more Xplor Provider IDs to manage multiple accounts.

To enable the integration, retrieve your Provider ID from Xplor and add it to your Birdeye account.

Steps to get Provider ID:

  1. Go to the Xplor Credential Portal.

  2. Log in with your Xplor username and password.

  3. On the dashboard, locate your Provider ID (e.g., 2734).

  4. Enter this Provider ID in your Birdeye dashboard to link the account.

Step 3: Map Locations

Start by mapping each location to its corresponding center name. Then, contacts will sync from Xplor to the respective Birdeye locations.

To map a location, use the drop-down under the Xplor Center Name column next to the desired Birdeye location and select the name.

Once mapped, click 'Next' to continue.

Step 4: Select Triggers

Check the box to select your preferred triggers, as shown in the image below. After making your selection, click 'Done.' Once triggers are saved, details will start syncing between Xplor and Birdeye.

A toast message will appear on the screen saying, 'Xplor successfully connected.' You can now build automated campaigns for reviews, surveys, and referrals or any other custom campaigns by clicking the 'Go to Campaigns' option or skipping it.
