Integrating Birdeye with Uber Eats

Connect Uber Eats with Birdeye to boost your restaurant’s visibility and make managing customer interactions easier.

With this integration, you can:

  • Stay visible— Keep your menu and business information fresh and accurate so hungry customers always find you first.

Supported Triggers for Uber Eats Integration:

  • Sync shop and menu details from Uber Eats - Activate this trigger to automatically sync shop and menu details, such as hours, address, and menu items, whenever they are created or updated in Uber Eats.

Navigating to Uber Eats CRM

Log in to the Birdeye dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations > All Apps. Select Uber Eats to connect. The screen provides integration benefits, pricing, and compatibility details. Clicking the 'View Setup Guide' tab will redirect you here for detailed step-by-step instructions.


HOW TO CONNECT

Step 1: Authorization

Click Connect Now, then Authorize. Enter your email address, and click Continue. Enter the verification code.

After that, click 'Next' to proceed.


Step 2: Map Locations

After authorizing the CRM, you can now map locations.

IMPORTANT:

  • Enterprise customers with one or more locations must map their Uber Eats location identifier.

  • SMB customers with a single location can skip this step.

Once mapped, click 'Next' to continue.


Step 3: Select Triggers

Check the box to select your preferred triggers, as shown in the image below. After making your selection, click 'Next.'

You need to perform a few more steps to enable the triggers.


From the dropdown, select the primary menu name that best represents your business’s offerings and operating hours, as this menu will be displayed on Google and other listings.

Then, link it to the appropriate location. Once all locations are mapped, click 'Next' to proceed.

Select the items you want to sync from Uber Eats to Birdeye by checking the boxes next to each.
Click 'Done.' Once triggers are saved, details will sync between Uber Eats and Birdeye.


A toast message will appear on the screen saying, 'Uber Eats successfully connected.' You can now build automated campaigns for reviews, surveys, and referrals or any other custom campaigns by clicking or skipping the 'Go to Campaigns' option.
