Steps for upgrading business integration group for upselled SMB business

This document is intended to provide steps for upgrading (converting the integration to enterprise setup) business integration group and integration mapping of an upsold SMB business which is converted to an enterprise business on SFDC and on Birdeye dashboard.

Note: Provided Upsold SMB business should have only 1 integration mapping with enterprise business number equal to location business number and no additional integration mappings should exist.

Step 1. Disable (deactivate) existing SMB integration mapping with POST//integration/disable/{businessNumber} API.

Step 2. Use upgrade group API PUT/integration/upgrade/group/{groupId}?businessNumber={newChildLocationBusinessNumber}, to convert SMB business integration group and integration mapping, and set it up as enterprise integration.

Note: Pass new child location businessNumber (any, incase of multiple child locations) to convert SMB integration mapping to enterprise integration mapping.

Step 3. Create additional integration mappings using integration dashboard, if child locations is more than one.
