Using Birdeye, you have the ability to send review requests to your customers seamlessly via SMS from within the Birdeye dashboard. Eg. If you are a business based out of New Zealand, you can easily send review requests via SMS to your customers within New Zealand. However, you only have the ability to text a customer outside your country if you are based in the United States or Mexico.
Note
The international texting feature won't work for the supported countries if your Practice Management Software (PMS) or Customer Relationship Software (CRM) is integrated with Birdeye or if you use the check-in link to send review requests.
How can I send international texts if I am based in the United States or Mexico?
To enable international texting, you need to add 'Contacts' to your Birdeye account either using 'Bulk Upload' or 'Single Contact Upload' and select the country from the drop-down menu.
