Birdeye allows businesses to edit contact information at any point in time using a single unified dashboard. As a multi-location account owner, you can also add or remove locations assigned to a contact.
EDITING CONTACT INFORMATION
Log into your Birdeye account and click on the 'Contacts' tab on the left navigation rail to view all the contacts added to your Birdeye account.
On the 'Contacts' page, hover over the contact which you wish to edit. Click on the corresponding 'Actions' drop-down button and select 'Edit' option.
When a slider opens on the right, you can view the contact information including 'Name', 'Email', 'Mobile number', 'Location' (for a multi-location account), 'Permissions', 'Custom fields' and 'Tags'. Make the changes you want and save the settings.
