How can I get new reviews from my customers (Mobile Kiosk)?

There are times when you would like to get instant feedback while the customer is still at your office or store. Getting a customer to provide feedback on 3rd party sites like Google or Facebook, while he may be logged on to the free Wi-Fi at your office, is a complete no-go! Review sites flag reviews written from the same IP address, and hence, this should be avoided. However, you can still get your customers to provide actionable feedback on the Birdeye platform.

Simply bookmark the 'Write a review' link on an iPad or any other device in your front office or waiting area. Treat this as a 'Mobile Kiosk' and guide your customers to leave feedback on the device. The reviews left by customers show up as Birdeye certified reviews.

To obtain the 'Write a review' link from the dashboard, log in to your Birdeye account and look out for a nine-square icon in the right corner of the top bar.

Click on the nine-square icon and from the drop-down menu, select the 'Write a review' option.

A new page will open in your browser, which will ask your customers to rate your business on a scale of 1-5. After the customer has rated you on a scale of 5, the customer will be sent to a new window where they can write the review.

Remember to bookmark this link on your web browser to solicit new reviews from the customers. To bookmark the link, click on the 'Star' icon located on the extreme right of the address bar on your Mac or Windows device. To save your selection, you can click on the 'Done' button.
