Integrating BirdEye with CCC One

Learn how to integrate Birdeye with CCC One to sync data, automate review requests, and improve your automotive business’s reputation.

Updated today

CCC One is a leading provider of innovative cloud, mobile, telematics, hyperscale technologies and apps for the automotive, insurance, and collision repair industries. It is a total repair platform that brings all the functions of a business together in one application to facilitate shop performance management, business, and costs. CCC One is used by both small and medium-sized repair shops.

Integrating Birdeye with CCC One will automate the process of review request solicitation for Birdeye clients. Once the setup is complete, Birdeye starts receiving notifications from Client CCC One CRM for any new customer who has recently been serviced by the client repair-shop. Birdeye will start sending out review requests immediately as per the existing configuration setup. It collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients and automatically sends them review requests based on your preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.

NOTE

If you make any change to the customer information after putting in the actual pick-up date then Birdeye gets multiple notifications to send review requests to the same customer. Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for CCC One:

Trigger Name

Trigger Description

CCC One Repaired Vehicle Pickup Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on the actual pickup date of the repaired vehicle.

To set up the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. During the initial integration call, let the support team know when you would like to send out review requests. Review requests can be sent immediately (as soon as the customer picks their repaired vehicle from the shop), or a day later. You can also get this configured as per your business requirements.

NOTE

The repair shops need to connect with the Birdeye app through the Marketplace by selecting the CCC Secure Share configuration option within their CCC One application. Users should also have the appropriate permission granted by the shop in order to connect to the Secure Share app.

Once you connect with Birdeye app, the Birdeye support team will get the notification to set up the integration.

To connect to the Birdeye app, follow the steps detailed below:

Go to settings, and click on the 'Secure Share' option.

When the Secure Share page opens, click on the MARKETPLACE tab.

Search for the Birdeye app, and click on the 'Authorize' button.

Once the connection is successful, the Birdeye app appears under 'MY APPS' tab.
