How does the review request automation with Practice Management System (PMS) work for pediatric healthcare professionals?

FAQ

Updated today

In case you are a pediatric healthcare professional, you understand that it is neither right nor beneficial to send review requests to your minor patients. Birdeye understands this requirement and therefore makes sure that the automation settings are tweaked in such a way that the guarantor of the minor (parent or accompanying adult) gets this request and not the minor patient.

During the process of setting up the review request automation with your Practice Management System (PMS), the software is instructed to extract the guarantor's information instead of the minor patient's information.

Once Birdeye has the guarantor's name, email ID and phone number, review requests will be sent to the guarantor's email address and/or phone number.
