This article will explain the end-to-end process of integrating BirdEye with SiteLink.

Updated in the last hour

SiteLink is a self-storage and property management software generally used by self-storage owners and property managers to manage the accounting and administrative side of their businesses. SiteLink helps its clients in tenant and lease tracking, property accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection. Here are the supported triggers for SiteLink:

Trigger Name

Trigger Description

SiteLink Move In Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on move-in to the property.

SiteLink Move Out Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer data based on move-out from the property.

Birdeye Lead Trigger

This trigger is used to push lead from Birdeye into CRM.

SiteLink Lead Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch lead customer data from SiteLink.

To set up the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. Birdeye technical support team would need your SiteLink login credentials, corporate code, tenant status- move-in, move-out, or both (as applicable), and location code (for each location configured within Birdeye) to successfully set up the integration.

For every site configured within the Birdeye platform, Birdeye will pull customer details for those customers who moved in or moved out the previous day. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email ID, and phone number of your customers and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
