After you customize Birdeye's Chatbot AI widget and install it on your business website, you can respond to your website visitors via Birdeye Inbox using your web or mobile devices.

This article walks you through the steps involved in embedding the Chatbot AI widget on your Wix website.

Log in to your Birdeye account and copy the Chatbot AI widget code for your business website. To find the Chatbot AI widget code, read the help center article: How do I embed the 'Chatbot AI' widget on my business website?

Log in to your 'Wix' account and click on the 'Settings' tab on the left panel.

Now, navigate to the 'Advanced Settings' section and select the 'Tracking & Analytics' option.

On the next screen, click on the '+ New Tool' button and select the '</> Custom' option.

On the new window, you can paste the 'Chatbot AI' code and select the pages on which you want to embed the Chatbot AI widget.

Delete

As the 'Chatbot AI' widget will appear on the 'Footer' of the web pages, make sure that you select the 'Body-end' option under the 'Paste code in' section. Then, click on the 'Apply' button to apply the settings.
