What are the media limitations of each social channel that affect social posting?

This article will walk you through the channel or API limitations of each social media channel

Updated today

Each social media channel has its own channel or API limitations, which may affect publishing to social channels through the Birdeye dashboard.

If the internal specifications for each social media page are not adhered to, the content/media will not be posted for that channel.

NOTE:

If the media uploaded does not adhere to the social channel's internal specifications, an error icon will be displayed on the attached image.

The limitations of different social media channels can be broadly classified into three categories: Text (character limit), Image specification, and Video specification. If more than one social channel is selected for posting the content, the limit of characters, images, and size would be the minimum of all the selected channels.
